Master Services Agreement

This Master Service Agreement (“MSA”) is the binding between ATG|Corp. ("ATG") and its Clients. The MSA describes the services provided to Client, defines the terms and conditions under which such services are provided, and specifies each party’s responsibilities within this MSA. ATG reserves the right to amend its services, prices and the Terms and Conditions of this MSA at any time. Changes or revisions to this MSA will be deemed effective upon posting the applicable revisions to the website.
