It’s that time of the year again… yep, 2023 budgeting is here.

One of the questions we get a lot is how much should I budget for computers and servers.

Check out my video for a simple formula to help you stay ahead of computer and server replacement.

I like to think of computers as one of the most important tools you can give employees, so they can do their job efficiently and effectively.

Honestly, one of the most disheartening things you can do to an employee is letting them use a slow and outdated computer.

A slow and outdated computer can have dramatic ripple effects throughout your business.

With that said, I also understand the importance of revenue, cash flow and budget restraints.

So, I created a simple formula for business owners and IT directors to use to make sure there are adequate funds set aside to keep your tools up-to-date.

I know that sometimes IT budgets can be pushed to the bottom of the priority list, but they seem to find their way to the top of the list when a computer breaks or, even worse, when a server fails (if that applies to your local network).

This simple formula will help you maximize growth and minimize downtime.

Happy computers make happy employees who make happy customers!
